AutoCAD LT New Seat Rebate Begins May 1
From May 1 through July 18, 2010, customers who purchase qualifying new commercial licenses of AutoCAD LT® 2011 software may be eligible for a rebate of up to US$300 for each new license purchased, after submitting an online request and providing proof of license purchase documentation. This offer is limited to a maximum of five seats per invoice address.
Autodesk Assistance Program Extended Through January 31, 2011
The Autodesk Assistance Program has been extended through January 31, 2011, and includes a number of program changes.
The program is designed to help displaced employees update their skills and help improve their employability in a down economy. As members of the architecture, engineering, design, and manufacturing communities, Autodesk and its partners provide tools to qualified program participants, including:
- Free student software license (subject to license terms and conditions)
- Free online training via Autodesk University online
- Classroom training through participating partners
- Discounted certification exams
- Software discounts for those with a need for commercial licenses (subject to territory manager approval)
A number of changes have been made to the Autodesk Assistance Program to make it more sustainable. Changes include:
